Story Teller Extraordinaire: Reverend Roy Dunn

Who am I? "My funeral was held on April 5, 1950, at the Nineteenth Street Baptist Church in Washington, DC"

Rev. Roy Dunn is one of the reasons people should consider being a Cupertino Rotarian.  Why?  Rev. Dunn is a talented story teller, as evidenced by last week’s story.  Not to mention his being a wonderful human being.

The minute Roy stepped to the podium the crowd grew silent in anticipation, he paused, looked the room over and with grace he spoke as if he were Charles Drew.  Who?

This is an amazing story of another human being (Charles Drew) who led a life filled with accomplishment that changed the lives of most, if not all, of us.  I’m not going to give the story away, it is best told by Dr. Drew (Rev. Dunn).  To  read this short story click here
