Any golfer who’s looking to have the chance to take a shot at winning $1,000,000.

Qualifying week - April 24 thru 29 at Deep Cliff Golf Course.

Contest date May 5, 2012.

Contest rules & format:

All players must register in the pro shop prior to play

Qualification holes are #3, 7, 10, and 16

Bonus hole #18 may be purchased at the #18 tee box for $5.00, one shot
only

Shots must be confirmed by course spotters.

There will be a total of 20 qualifiers: five on the combined three days Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday; five on the combined two days Thursday & Friday, five on Saturday and five on Sunday.

All qualifiers will receive a two-for-one certificate at Deep Cliff Golf Course for their participation.

The closest to the hole, on the hole-in-one contest day will receive a complimentary premier membership and a complimentary foursome at Deep
Cliff.

No professionals or mulligan’s.
