Parks Playgrounds Closed Until Further Notice

The City of Cupertino closed park playgrounds on Sunday, December 6 at 10 p.m. The closures are in response to the Santa Clara County Public Health Department’s updated stay-at-home order restrictions. The playgrounds will be closed until further notice.

Gathering Sizes Lowered at Picnic Sites

The City of Cupertino has adjusted the maximum allowed gathering size at picnic sites to one household. The adjusted gathering size is in response to the Santa Clara County Public Health Department’s updated stay-at-home order restrictions. Gatherings that include more than one household are prohibited. This includes everyone present, including hosts and guests.

Indoor Recreation Programs and Activities Canceled

The City of Cupertino's Parks and Recreation Department has canceled all indoor programs and activities in response to the Santa Clara County Public Health Department’s updated stay-at-home order restrictions until further notice. Refunds are currently being processed.

Environmental Day Canceled for December 12

The City of Cupertino has canceled the December 12 Environmental Day event due to recent COVID-19 shelter-in-place restrictions. The next scheduled event will be held January 16, 2021 assuming it is safe to do so. We ask you to store your belongings in a safe place until a proper means of disposable is available. We thank you for your understanding and efforts to keep waste out of the landfill.
