Parent Seminar Events for High School Parents
Each year the PTSA hosts three free events for the parents and students. We invite outside resources, as well as, internal staff and students to help all of us understand more about ourselves, our relationships and the issues that concern us. These events are held in the evenings in the fall, winter and spring each year. Exact times and dates are posted on the website.
In the past, we have hosted panel discussions with topics such as ‘What Really Goes on at Monta Vista’, and another with anonymous letters that tells our parent body how the students really feel on sensitive topics. We invite family and relationship coaches and counselors, on surviving Junior and Senior years and many others.
