The Planetree Health Information Center (PHIC) at Cupertino Library, is holding three Mandarin language Health programs this spring.
At the first lecture, Dr. Ming Li, M.D. will present "Metabolic Syndrome -- how you can be in the driver's seat and prevent this complex condition." Useful health handouts and light refreshments will be provided.
The health lectures are co-sponsored by the PlaneTree Health Information Center at the Cupertino Library and the Ku Foundation.
