Missing Santa Clara Man Located: Police

Breaking: Cuong Binh To has since been located, Santa Clara police said Friday.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA -- UPDATE: Missing Santa Clara man Cuong Binh To was located in downtown San Jose, Santa Clara police said Friday. / ORIGINAL POST: Police in Santa Clara asked for the public's help Thursday to locate a man reported missing from the Rivermark area. Cuong Binh To, 62, who was known to walk around the Rivermark neighborhood, never returned home, Santa Clara said Thursday afternoon.

It was not immediately clear how long the man has been missing, but police say his family has since moved from Santa Clara and told police they have no way of contacting him because he has no cellphone on him and no identification. Cuong Binh To is typically non-communicative, but knows his name, his date of birth and his social security number, police said.

Cuong Binh To is described as an Asian man who is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He only has three teeth, police said, and he typically has a mustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing a navy blue and pink long-sleeved flannel shirt, dark-colored pants and black athletic shoes.
