One Dead In Crash On Hwy 101 Near Tully Road

CHP diverting southbound traffic.

At least one person has died in a traffic collision this morning in San Jose, according to California Highway Patrol.

At 2:49 a.m., officers first received a report of the collision on southbound Highway 101 at Tully Road, CHP officials said. At least two or more vehicles were involved in the collision, according to CHP. All southbound lanes of the highway have been blocked, as officers are investigating the crash, CHP officials said.

At 3:11 a.m., CHP officers began diverting all southbound traffic onto Tully Road, according to CHP.
