Employee Found Dead In Apple Campus Conference Room: Update
An employee was found dead on Apple's Cupertino campus in a conference room Wednesday morning. Authorities say there are no wanted suspects.

CUPERTINO - A man was found dead at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino Wednesday morning, a Santa Clara County sheriff's spokeswoman said.
Deputies responded to a report of a person down at the Apple campus at 1 Infinite Loop around 8:30 a.m., sheriff's Sgt. Andrea Urena said outside the company's headquarters.

Responding deputies found a man and determined he was dead, Urena said.
Investigators learned the man was an employee and believe the death was an isolated incident, she said.

There are no wanted suspects in connection with the death, according to Urena. There is no threat to anyone at the campus or the public, she said.
Santa Clara County firefighters had also responded to the scene around 8:45 a.m. on a medical call for a male suffering from a head wound, fire department spokeswoman Stephanie Stuehler said.
Crews reached the scene but the call was quickly canceled, Stuehler said.
The Santa Clara County medical examiner's office has been called to the scene and will determine the manner and cause of death, Urena said.
Investigators are interviewing people at the campus, which is open for normal operations, according to Urena.

CUPERTINO - A person was found dead on Apple's Cupertino campus in a conference room, Bay Area TV stations are reporting.
The Santa Clara County Fire Department confirmed to TechCrunch that it received a report of a Hispanic male who had suffered a head wound, but the fire department told the publication that it was turned away by sheriffās deputies and never went onto the Apple campus.
According to CBS5, Sgt. Andrea Urena of the Santa Clara County Sheriffās Office, around 8:35 a.m. deputies summoned to Apple declared a man dead at the scene.
Urena told CBS5 that it was an āisolated incident," that no other individuals were involved, and that they are not searching for any suspects.
According to the report, authorities say the man worked at company headquarters, but his identity has not been released.
The San Jose Mercury News reports an emergency call was made about 8:35 a.m. to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's office reporting that a person was found unresponsive at the Apple headquarters at 1 Infinite Loop.
According to the Mercury News, the person was pronounced dead at the scene. The report continues to say the Santa Clara County Fire Department was called to Apple for a medical call where someone reported a Hispanic male with a head wound.
NBC Bay Area says the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office is on scene. The station says crews were called to the scene but were waved off.
