Photo Essay: Sunsets of Cupertino

Sometimes all it takes is a quiet moment and a glowing sky to put it all in perspective.

The days may be shorter in the winter, but that does not mean there aren't still spectacular visions on the horizon when the sun goes down.

The window of time when the sky's colors are blazing at their hottest is brief (sometimes a minute or two), so aspiring photographers should always have a camera ready and handy, just in case you happen upon a fleeting window of juicy orange or pink clouds.
