Voice your concern for honesty and transparency from CUSD.   Request that the Luther school site housing project have a complete and public review before any more District money is misspent.

On December 8, 2015, Superintendent Wendy Gudalewicz held a press conference announcing the planned development of the Luther school site into over 200 apartments for CUSD staff.  Despite Board Members appearing at the press conference and money being spent, the CUSD School Board has held no public discussion or vote on this housing development plan.   No survey has been taken for what the teachers really want.   Despite CUSD claims that the project is only a concept, the current preschool operators have been notified to vacate.   Despite claims that the housing is needed for teacher recruitment and retention, CUSD has not surveyed the reasons for teacher dissatisfaction with District leadership.

Superintendent Wendy Gudalewicz and Board Member Phyllis Vogel did not seek teacher housing to be included in The Hills at Vallco development when they recently endorsed th housing/office development.
