Santa Clara County Deputies Surround Los Altos Hills Property
BREAKING: Investigation of shots fired underway, and a suspect has been identified. Residents are asked to remain inside their homes.

LOS ALTOS HILLS, CA – UPDATE: Friday, OCT. 14, 2:10 p.m.
Deputies have found everyone involved in a report of shots fired at a Los Altos Hills neighborhood today, Santa Clara County sheriff's officials said.
Deputies responded to a report of shots fired shortly after 11 a.m. in the area of Oak Knoll Circle, sheriff's Sgt. Richard Glennon said.

Investigators have surrounded a property there. They believed everyone involved with the incident are at the scene, Glennon said.
Deputies have identified the suspect, but haven't released their name, he said.

Residents in the area have been told to stay in their homes as the investigation continues, according to Glennon.
No arrests have been made and no injuries were reported as of 12:45 p.m., Glennon said.
Shortly before 1:30 p.m., everyone involved with the incident was found and the scene was deemed safe, sheriff's officials said.

The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office is "working an isolated incident" Friday afternoon in a residential neighborhood of Los Altos Hills.
Deputies have surrounded the property, the parties involved are contained at the scene, and the suspect is "known and identified," according to the agency, which did not further elaborate.
Nearby residents, however, were encouraged to remain inside their homes as the incident unfolds.
