Between 7:00 PM on 10/26 and 8:30 AM on 10/27, unknown suspect(s) dented the door of a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 10000 block of Stokes Avenue. The total amount of damage was about $2,000.

Residential Burglary - Carta Blanca Street
Between 5:30 PM and 9:00 PM on 11/2, unknown suspect(s) entered a residence in the 22000 block of Carta Blanca Street by breaking a rear glass door and took cash and jewelry for a total loss of about $2,150.

Grand Theft - Homestead Road at Homestead Court
Between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM on 11/10, unknown suspect(s), using unknown means, took a bicycle locked to a car bike rack while the vehicle was parked near the Starbucks on Homestead Road at Homestead Court for a total loss of about $4,500.

(ARREST) False Registration Tab, Suspended DL, Proof of Vehicle Insurance - N. De Anza Boulevard
At 8:12 PM on 10/21, deputies stopped a motorist at N. De Anza Boulevard and Interstate 280 for traffic violations. An investigation revealed the suspect driver was driving with a suspended driver’s license in a vehicle with a fraudulent registration tab affixed to it and did not have proof of vehicle insurance. Further investigation revealed the suspect passenger had an outstanding warrant. Both suspects were cited and released.

Commercial Burglary - Valley Green Drive
Between 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM on 10/22, unknown suspect(s) cut a perimeter fence at the Public Storage on Valley Green Drive and then cut the locks off three storage units, before taking a bicycle, household items and a television from one of the units for a loss of about $6,834. It is unknown if anything was taken from the other two units.

Armed Robbery - Patriot Way
At 1:20 PM on 10/26, an unknown suspect entered the open garage of a residence in the 21000 block of Patriot Way after the victim resident arrived and drove into the garage. As the victim exited the vehicle, the suspect approached the victim while brandishing a hammer and pulled at the victim’s purse. The suspect fled the scene in a waiting vehicle without taking the purse and is at large.

(ARREST) Petty Theft - Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way
Between 7/26 and 7/27, the suspect employee conducted a fraudulent purchase and return with store merchandise at Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way for a total loss of about $60. The suspect was cited and released.

Between 10:00 AM and 5:35 PM on 10/29, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at an Apple office building on Valley Green Drive and took a backpack containing sports equipment and sunglasses for a total loss of about $1,350

Between 8:45 PM and 10:20 PM on 11/2, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at Homestead Bowl on Homestead Road and took a backpack containing a laptop for a total loss of about $1,280.

At 3:53 PM on 11/5, deputies responded to a theft call at Starbucks in the Homestead Square shopping center on Homestead Road on report of someone using a stolen Starbucks card. An investigation revealed the suspect was in possession of multiple stolen Starbucks gift cards and Marijuana while being under the legal possession age. The suspect was cited and released.

Between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM on 11/5, unknown suspect(s) broke through windows of a vehicle parked near Outback Steakhouse in the Rancho De Anza Shopping Center on Valley Green Drive and took luggage containing books, clothing and a laptop for a total loss of about $2,219.

At 3:00 PM on 11/6, deputies responded to a call from school officials at Homestead High School on Homestead Road who had a student detained for vandalism. An investigation revealed the suspect student vandalized the school on multiple occasions by marking school property with graffiti and stickers. The total amount of damage was about $400. The suspect was cited and released.

Between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on 11/7, unknown suspect(s) broke through a window of a vehicle parked at an Apple office building on Valley Green Drive and took mail for an unknown total loss.

At 3:00 PM on 10/28, deputies made contact with the owner of a vehicle parked at Wheaton Drive and Blaney Avenue. An investigation revealed the suspect’s vehicle had fraudulent registration tabs affixed to its license plate. The suspect was cited and released.

(ARREST) Felon in Possession of Ammunition, Firearm with High Capacity Magazine, Stun Gun, Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia - Wheaton Drive
At 10:51 AM on 10/29, deputies responded to a disturbance call at a residence in the 20000 block of Wheaton Drive. An investigation revealed one suspect was a felon in possession of ammunition, a firearm with a high capacity magazine, a stun gun, Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Further investigation revealed that another suspect on scene had an outstanding warrant. Both suspects were arrested and booked into Main Jail.

Shoplifting - Infinite Loop
At 10:44 AM on 10/30, the suspect took about $747 of store merchandise from the Apple Store on Infinite Loop. The suspect is known and at large.

Check Fraud - N. De Anza Boulevard
At 3:15 PM on 10/30, an unknown suspect used a previously stolen check with a forged signature to withdraw money from the victim’s bank account at Comerica Bank on N. De Anza Boulevard for a total loss of about $300.

Between 6:00 PM on 11/1 and 4:00 PM on 11/4, unknown suspect(s) took the rear license plate from a vehicle while it was parked in the 19000 block of Wheaton Drive for an unknown total loss.

An investigation revealed the suspect driver was driving under the influence of alcohol, crashed his vehicle, fled the scene on foot and made false felonious crime reports through 9-1-1 to avoid or delay a DUI investigation. The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

The suspect was arrested and booked into Main Jail.

The suspect passenger was cited and released.

Between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM on 11/6, unknown suspect(s) broke through the windows of three vehicles parked at Civic Park on S. De Anza Boulevard and took cash, a laptop and wallets for a total loss of about $1,410.
