Spreading Love to Others for Valentine’s Day!

Valentine’s Day is about showing love for others, and at Sunday Friends, we did just that! Our children made Valentines for their parents and special Love Bugs for Hope Services. To show appreciation for families of wounded soldiers, our children also made Heart-Men for Fischer House. We were also excited to welcome the Junior League, who lead a special art project called “Eat the Rainbow,” which was given to the Belmont Retirement Facility.

In celebration of President’s Day, our families created a President’s Day display board, which was put on display at San Jose State University’s Martin Luther King Jr. Library. Our families also expressed their patriotism by making red, white, and blue yogurt parfaits.

Kelli from Growing Smart with Kids taught a class called "Cool Math Games For Kids and Their Parents" to help make math more fun and enjoyable for the whole family!
