The second phase will extend the Stevens Creek trail from Blackberry Farm to Stevens Creek Boulevard.

Phase II of the Stevens Creek Corridor Park and Restoration project will be discussed at the Cupertino Parks and Recreation Commission meeting Thursday beginning at 7 p.m. where the public is invited to comment.
Phase II includes extending the trail that now ends at Blackberry Farm on through to Stevens Creek Boulevard through the city-owned Stocklmeir property.

The first phase of the project was completed in 2009 and included creek restoration and trail development, which would continue in the second phase.
The City Council voted in January to continue with plans to complete Phase II, and in July the Santa Clara Valley Water District granted the restoration of the Stevens Creek corridor $565,000, and construction of the final segment of Stevens Creek Trail received $285,000, part of a $3.4 million water-quality-related grant.
