Whiz Kid of the Week

This week’s Cupertino Patch Whiz Kid is Anagha Vaidhyanathan.

Vaidhyanathan is a Wellesley College senior who graduated from Monta Vista High School. She’s been named a fellow to the Madeleine Korbel Albright Institute for Global Affairs, which prepares women for positions of global leadership.

Albright, a former U.S. Secretary of State was a member of the 1959 class of Wellesley College and serves as a visiting professor of the institute.

The Albright Institute was launched by Wellesley College in January with a focus on advancing the role of women in international relations.

Vaidhyanathan works as a research assistant at Harvard Business School and is an economics major who has also studied at the London School of Economics.
