124 Townhome-Style Condos Coming To Danville
The Orchard, located near Costco and San Ramon Creek, will launch pre-sales this summer. Prices are expected in the mid-$1 million range.

DANVILLE, CA — Trumark Homes will build 124 three-story townhome-style condominiums in Danville, the developer announced. Model homes will open and pre-sales will begin this summer.
The Orchard development will be located on 7.4 acres near the intersection of Camino Ramon and Fostoria Way, near Costco and just east of I-680. The residences will offer 1,507 to 1,799 square feet, two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three bathrooms, and two-car garages. Neighborhood amenities will include a pocket park with a children's playground, BBQ grilling stations, and outdoor seating areas for gatherings. Prices are anticipated to start in the mid-$1 million range.
Trumark Homes is also opening Deerwood Heights in San Ramon, which will feature 61 three-story townhome style condominiums with four distinct floorpans of 1,399 to 2,001 square feet, with three bedrooms, three to three-and-a-half bathrooms, two-car garages, and second-floor decks. Prices are also expected to start in the mid $1 million range.
