DANVILLE, CA — Four teenagers are in custody in connection with a Friday afternoon robbery of a CVS pharmacy in Danville, police said Saturday.

Police received a call around 4:53 p.m. Friday from an employee at the CVS, on the 600 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard, reporting the robbery.

According to the employee, two suspects came into the pharmacy, made it seem as though they had a gun, and demanded access to the narcotics safe. The suspects fled when employees told them they couldn't access the safe, the Danville Police Department said.
