Alamo Structure Fire Knocked Down: SRVFPD
Fire broke out in the attic of a single-story home near Sugarloaf Terrace in Alamo Monday.
ALAMO, CA — A structure fire broke out Tuesday afternoon in a single-story home off Sugarloaf Terrace in Alamo, according to the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District. No injuries have been reported as of Wednesday.
Crews responded at around 1:10 p.m. to reports of smoke coming off of solar panels, according to SRVFPD Deputy Chief Jonas Aguiar. Crews found fire in the attic of the home, and had to spend many hours making sure the attic was sound.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
