Burglars Break Into At Least 2 Danville Restaurants
At least two Danville restaurants had glass smashed overnight, with one reporting roughly $300 stolen.
DANVILLE, CA — At least two businesses located in or near the Crossroads Shopping Center in Danville were broken into Tuesday night, according to employees.
An employee at Kibi’s Cafe, a Vietnamese restaurant at 21 Railroad Avenue, told Patch that someone smashed open their window either late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning, and stole roughly $300 from their cash register.
An employee at Los Panchos Mexican Restaurant at 480 San Ramon Valley Boulevard said that someone broke a glass door overnight that has since been fixed.

Both restaurants are operating Wednesday, the employees said. Neither employee was able to review surveillance footage.
Employees at nearby businesses Elegant Nails and Trader Joe’s said that they were not burglarized.

Patch reached out to the Danville Police Department for more information.
On Aug. 4 at around 4: 10 a.m., at least four masked men smashed glass and stole cash from several businesses at Crow Canyon Plaza in San Ramon, including the Utopia Tanning Salon, and Saffron Grill. Patch reached out to the San Ramon Police Department for updates on the case.
