DANVILLE, CA — As much as we all wish it could be Christmas all year round, all things must come to an end. Danville residents looking to unload their trees can put them on the curb the week of Jan. 2-6 on their normal trash pickup days.

Residents are asked to remove lights, ornaments, stands and tinsel before placing their trees on the curb. Trees over six feet must be cut in half. Flocked trees must be scheduled in advance. Call 925-685-4711 to schedule.

Trees will be collected again on pickup days from Jan. 16-20. After Jan. 20, residents are asked to cut their tree and place it in the organics cart with the lid closed, or call 925-685-4711 to schedule pickup for a fee.
