Copper Discovered at Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop!
Time to enrich your surroundings with copper!
The dedicated member volunteers at Assistance League® Way Side Inn Thrift Shop, located at 3521 Golden Gate Way, in Lafayette, will ring in 2019 with the Clocks and Copper Event.
On Tuesday, January 22, shelves and display cases will hold such treasures as a collection of three vintage wooden mantle clocks, wooden cuckoo clocks and vintage travel clocks. Likewise, decorative contemporary and vintage wall clocks and theme desk clocks will delight all timepiece aficionados.
As for copper items, over four dozen copper pieces will include mixing bowls, cooking pots, and pudding and gelatin molds. Pleasing to the eye and durable, items made of copper are enjoying a resurgence in today’s marketplace. The only disadvantage of copper is that it is expensive. Not so when purchased at Assistance League Way Side Inn Thrift Shop!
