Danville Accepting Photos For Spring Activity Guide

Danville residents could have a photo they took on the cover of the town's spring activity guide.

DANVILLE, CA — The Town of Danville Recreation, Arts & Community Services team is holding a photo contest featuring flowers in Danville. Photos will be accepted December 4-18, and the winning photo will be featured on the cover of the Spring Activity Guide.

The Recreation, Arts & Community Services Spring Activity Guide theme will be "Bloom Where You’re Planted," and will be delivered to all Danville households at the end of January 2024. Each quarterly activity guide provides a list of upcoming activities for all ages, including registration information, save the date for special events and other related Town updates.

The focus of the Spring cover image will be flowers in Danville.

  • Step One: Snap – Take a picture of flowers you have found in Danville.
  • Step Two: Send - Email a high-resolution jpeg image to jwallner@danville.ca.gov and include the location of the photo and what kind of flower it is.
  • Step Three: Win - The winning image will be featured on the cover of the 2024 Recreation, Arts & Community Services Spring Activity Guide.
