Danville Area Chamber Of Commerce Community Award Nominations Open

DANVILLE, CA — Nominations are open for the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Community Awards, which honor local businesses and nonprofits making a positive difference to the community.

Awards are open for a number of categories in Danville, Alamo, and Blackhawk, including Businessperson of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, Emerging Business of the Year, and best businesses in a total of 14 different categories, including restaurants, real estate, health, and more.

Nominations are open until Aug. 10 at 5 p.m., and can be submitted here. The 2026 Community Awards Gala will take place Sept. 22 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at a yet-to-be-determined location. Guests will enjoy a networking reception, dinner, awards presentation, silent auction, and live entertainment.
