Danville Citizens Academy Applications Open

Students will learn the ins and outs of Danville law enforcement over seven weeks, starting in March.

DANVILLE, CA — Danville residents interested in learning more about law enforcement are invited to apply for the Citizens’ Police Academy, which begins March 27.

Danville officers will teach students about a number of topics, including:

  • Parol procedures
  • Traffic enforcement
  • Investigations
  • Crime scene processing
  • Crime prevention
  • Criminal prosecution
  • Driving instruction
