In a joint decision made with the Blackhawk Museums, the Danville
Community Band Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to
cancel our March 15, 2020 concert.
We have been closely monitoring public health guidelines for events.
With the growing number of local cases, Contra Costa Health Services now
recommend canceling gatherings of more than 50 people.
Our band’s mission is to bring our community together through a shared
love of music. At this time, we’ve determined our highest responsibility
is to put your health first. We hope the situation soon improves significantly
so we can share our music with the community at our scheduled June 14 concert.
