Danville Pharmacy Robbery Suspect Caught On Camera: Police

DANVILLE, CA — Police have released video and are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of robbing the Walgreens pharmacy located in the 600 block of San Ramon Valley Boulevard on the morning of Sept. 20.

“In the robbery, the male suspect entered the store and proceeded to the pharmacy area, where he displayed a pistol and handed the clerk a note demanding prescription medicine,” town officials said in a statement. “After receiving an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs, the suspect grabbed other items and fled the store.”

Officers searched the area for the suspect, who was last seen fleeing on foot, and remains at large. He is described as a white adult male. He was wearing a surgical mask, grey sweater with a zipper and dark beanie cap.
