Danville Recreation Expo To Offer Winter Wonderland Fun

Enjoy winter-themed fun and look ahead to the activities of spring and summer at the town's Recreation Expo and Open House.

DANVILLE, CA — Enjoy a “Frozen”-themed Winter Wonderland and scavenger hunt at the Town of Danville’s 14th annual Recreation Expo and Open House.

The open house will take place Saturday, Feb. 3 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Danville Community Center, the Village Theatre, and the Danville Senior Center. Guests will be able to learn about the many camps and classes available during the spring and summer, and meet with instructors. Copies of the Spring Activity Guide, which will be available Jan. 25, will be distributed.

In addition to info about upcoming programs, children will be able to enjoy winter wonderland-themed fun at the community center, participate in a “Frozen” singalong at the Village Theatre, and play snowball cornhole at the Danville Senior Center. Danville mascot Auggie the Acorn will be on hand throughout to guide children on the scavenger hunt.
