Danville 'Sip & Stroll' Set For May 7

Enjoy special deals, tastings, and experiences from 35 local businesses, including a unique ice cream and wine pairing.

DANVILLE, CA — Ring in the most beautiful month with one of Danville’s most beautiful traditions. On Thursday, May 7, the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Sip & Stroll will feature delicious deals, tastings, and experiences from 35 local businesses in downtown Danville and the Danville Livery Shopping Center.

Debuting this year is a collaboration between Lottie’s Creamery, Local Vines, and Thal Vineyards. Lottie’s Creamery, a husband-and-wife micro-creamery known for its small-batch, from-scratch ice cream, is partnering with Local Vines, an urban tasting room in Lafayette, to create a custom chocolate ice cream infused with Ruby Red Forte wine from Thal Vineyards.

Thal Vineyards, which is part of Local Vines’ portfolio, is also a husband-and-wife operation that began as a project to address hillside erosion in Lafayette, and has grown into an award-winning, sustainability-focused vineyard.
