Doggie Stroll Coming To Danville Sunday
Dogs will enjoy treats and prizes all over Danville. The Doggie Stroll kicks off the city's new 'Dog Friendly Danville' campaign.
DANVILLE, CA — Downtown Danville will turn into a giant dog park this Sunday for the annual Doggie Stroll, a day of canine celebration throughout the town.
In honor of its 30th anniversary, pet store Molly’s Pup-Purr-ee is hosting a day of dog-friendly fun. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., dogs can enjoy treats at dog-friendly businesses, and compete to win prizes throughout the day. The Doggie Stroll is free and does not require pre-registration: just head to Molly’s at 425 Hartz Avenue to pick up the event map, then visit participating businesses.
The Doggie Stroll kicks off the town’s new Dog Friendly Danville campaign to spotlight dog-friendly businesses. Participating businesses will display a Dog Friendly Danville sticker, showing that it welcomes well-behaved dogs.
