Donate Much-Needed Blood In Danville This Holiday Season

DANVILLE, CA — People who donate blood to the American Red Cross this holiday season from Nov. 18 to Dec. 18 will be thanked with a $5 gift card from Amazon, thanks to Suburban Propane. This time of year is busy for most, but slow for blood banks. There is currently a critical need for type O donors, the Red Cross said.

Anyone who donates between Nov. 27 to Nov. 30 will receive a long-sleeve T-shirt. Donors must bring a driver’s license, blood donor card, or two other forms of identification, the Red Cross said.
