Duo Suspected Of Theft, Using Stolen Credit Cards Sought: DPD

Police said surveillance cameras captured video of the suspects as they entered stores in San Ramon and Walnut Creek to make purchases.

DANVILLE, CA — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people suspected of using stolen credit cards taken during two recent wallet thefts. Police said surveillance cameras captured video of the suspects as they entered stores in San Ramon and Walnut Creek to make multiple purchases with the cards.

One of the wallets was taken from a victim at Primo’s Pizza. Those cards were allegedly used by the female suspect at Target and Whole Foods in San Ramon. Town officials said she purchased Apple products and gift cards.

The second wallet was stolen from an unsecured vehicle at Sycamore Valley Park. Officials said the stolen credit cards were used to buy a variety of merchandise at Nordstrom, Whole Foods, Sur La Table, and William Sonoma. No other information is available.
