Adult Fitness Swimming (13Y and up)

Ages 13 and up.   Session B # 18005

This 60-minute class runs Monday through Thursday for two weeks. All adults that are ready to try swimming for fitness, this course is for you. Adults of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Structured workouts will focus on skills and drills for good swim technique, and interval training for superior cardio and muscular improvement. No class on 7/5
