Join us for this uniquely sweet presentation by Susie Wyshak, who co-founded Epicuring California, co-chaired the Good Food Awards confections and chocolate committees, and got the Fair Trade chocolate program in the U.S. off the ground. You will enjoy and learn from this special tasting and presentation of American craft chocolates, learning about trends, techniques, and tasting notes.
