Learn how to adopt a "Go Green Lifestyle" when Sustainable Contra Costa and the Contra Costa Association of Realtors host GreenFEST 2010.
The free event will feature food, music and a farmer's market, plus educational demos on recycling and composting, water conservation tips, free giveaways and money-saving products for a healthier, green lifestyle. Other activities include food bank donations, cell phone recycling, e-waste recycling, paper shredding, "trade a bag" (plastic for recycle bag) and Green Travel tips.
A Kid's Zone will feature crafts and projects using recycled materials.

Take a test ride on an electric IZIP bike or Sorrento scooter. One of each, valued at $1,899, will be raffled off. Tickets are available for $10 each, three for $25, or seven for $50.
Proceeds from GreenFEST 2010 will go to the Contra Costa Association of Realtors Helping Hands Foundation, which funds educational scholarships and philanthropic endeavors for the community.
