Village Theatre Art Gallery is pleased to welcome its third exhibit, Mt. Diablo, with an opening reception from 5-7 p.m. This exhibit will be on display from April 10- June 8,2010.
The magnificent landscape of Mount Diablo has inspired artists for generations. Greg Piatt, co-curator of the Summit Gallery at Mount Diablo State Park, curates a wonderful celebration of this local landmark. The show features completely original work, including several pieces created specifically for this exhibit. Through the use of oils, watercolors, photographs, and textiles, these artists pay tribute to the mountain that characterizes our Valley and our community.
