Fire Extinguished Near Monte Vista High School Baseball Fields
San Ramon Valley Fire said the fire broke out Monday morning and was extinguished before spreading to nearby homes.
DANVILLE, CA — Firefighters extinguished a small vegetation fire that broke out Monday morning near the baseball fields of Monte Vista High School, San Ramon Valley Fire Protection said in a tweet.
Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire before it spread to nearby homes, SRVF said. Patch is awaiting more information on the time it broke out, the size of the fire, and probable causes.
