We all want to experience joy around the holidays. We have these super-high expectations for how awesome Christmas is going to be. And then something doesn’t work out as planned, and it seems even worse, ’cause it’s Christmas! At least, if I'm not careful, that can be my experience during the holidays!
Maybe the most meaningful thing we can do this Christmas is to teach our kids that true joy isn't dependent on our situation. It's a perspective that we can choose in every season of life. And I have an event to share with you that will help you to teach your kids all about true joy.
Cornerstone Fellowship Danville is hosting a family event called "Jingle Jam." Jingle Jam is a Christmas Family experience full of on stage games, prizes, live Christmas music, and an opportunity for families to have meaningful conversations about JOY. What is Joy? And how can we practice Joy, even when things don't go our way.
