Lizette Marx, NC is a Natural Therapeutic Chef, Certified Nutrition Consultant, cookbook author, and 500 RYT yoga instructor. She is the Lead Natural Chef Instructor and Curriculum Director at Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts school.

Lizette is the co-owner of Kitchen Treasures, a culinary nutrition education and small group catering business in the East Bay. She lead a culinary nutrition program called Dinner with the Doctor for Kaiser Permanente and regularly gives educational cooking demonstrations at hospitals throughout Contra Costa County.
Additionally, Lizette teaches healthy cooking classes at Back to the Table Cooking School. When not in the kitchen, Lizette teaches weekly yoga classes and maintains a private nutrition consulting practiced, helping people move from illness to wellness by emphasizing nutrient-rich, organic foods, therapeutic menu plans and targeted supplementation.
