MVHS Student receives congressional appointment into United States Military Academy, West Point
Zachary Crook, son of Keith and Penny Crook of Danville, Ca has received a Congressional Appointment to the Class of 2020 at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Crook is scheduled to graduate from Monte Vista High School on June 10, 2016 where he was goalkeeper for MVHS Men's Varsity Soccer Team. He also plays competitive soccer for Ballistic United Soccer Club, U17 D1 National Premier League- Champions Division who recently took home the NorCal NPL Champions Title, and are currently ranked #24 in the nation. The appointed members of the Class of 2020 will report to West Point for the first time on June 27, 2016 for eight week Cadet Basic Training.
