Nayeli Faith Foundation Bingo Fundraiser raffle/silent auction

The Nayeli Faith Foundation is a State of California non-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to

helping families who have been affected by the birth defect known as Congenital

Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH). The Foundation was named after Nayeli Faith

Nelson.  She was born 5 years ago with

CDH. CDH occurs in 1 in every 2,500 live births, but for those born with this

birth defect, only 50% survive. 

Print this flyer and show it to Mountain Mike’s Pizza from

11am-9pm and they will donate 20% of your bill to the Nayeli Faith Foundation.

take out, delivery or join us by dining in. We will be there at 11am and for most

of the day.  

The funds raised help CDH families with food, gas, lodging,

funeral expenses, medical bills and more. The Nayeli Faith Foundation also

supports CDH research at UCSF.
