Not an article- Asking a question for follow up on earlier story

Could you do a follow up article on earlier story about San Ramon Valley High School student who drowned in the school pool during the day several weeks ago?

And how is Javi doing? He broke his neck the night before his high school graduation several years ago.

And can you add a section for questions like mine? I don't want to write an article, promote an event, etc.
