Pharmacy Robbed In Danville; No Arrests Made, Police Say

Witnesses reported that two young men were stealing prescription medication and pushed a worker on their way out of the store.

DANVILLE, CA — Robbers stole prescription medication from the Safeway pharmacy at 3496 Camino Tassajara and pushed an employee as they fled, police said.

Witnesses said two masked men in their early 20s were confronted by a worker during the theft around 7:20 a.m. Wednesday. That worker was pushed out of the way.

No weapons were seen during the incident, police said.

The men were described as African-American, with one in all black and another in a teal shirt and black pants.
