Miss Teen California, Mary Kate FitzPatrick, is now home in Danville for the summer working at local tanning salons and spending time with family and friends.
Mary-Kate FitzPatrick was "shocked" when the judges called "Miss Danville" as the winner of this year's Miss Teenage California Scholarship Pageant in April.
The win followed FitzPatrick's second try at the contest and a 50 pound weight-loss.
Home from college in Los Angeles, FitzPatrick is working at Glo Tanning Salons in Danville and is happy to be back home and spending time with friends and family.
