Plaque Pays Homage To Danville's Historic Eddy House

DANVILLE, CA — A commemorative plaque unveiled in downtown Danville Friday gives a nod to the history of the Eddy House. The building, which is located at 500 Hartz Ave., is now home to the popular Danville Harvest Restaurant.

Town of Danville Principal Planner David Crompton said the plaque program is designed to call attention to Danville's rich history, and provide residents with a sense of the historic significance of these sites.

Town dignitaries and residents braved the rain to attend the ceremony, which was held on March 22 at 5 p.m.
