Tuesday, April 20, at 4 p.m. Rakestraw Books welcomes New York Times best-selling author Kelly Corrigan for a "Live at Home" author event.

After surviving a year-long, pandemic-induced stay-at-home order, we could all use a reminder that the journeys in life we embark on are all about the people we will meet along the way--people who will make us smarter, stronger, and more amazing than we ever thought possible. With her trademark inspirational wisdom, Kelly Corrigan's Hello World! is perfect for anyone about to set off on a new adventure.

For this special event hosted by Rakestraw, which recently celebrated 48 years as "the bookstore in Danville," Kelly Corrigan will be joined in conversation by Anna Sale, the creator and host of Death, Sex & Money, the podcast from WNYC Studios about “the things we think about a lot and need to talk about more.”
