'Relics On Railroad' Crafts Fair Rescheduled For October
The large antiques fair has been postponed to October due to extreme heat on Labor Day.
DANVILLE, CA — Danville residents will be able to shop for antique crafts on a day when touching metal doesn’t run the risk of a second-degree burn.
The 15th annual Relics on Railroad market, which sells unique antiques furniture, jewelry, crafts, and more, was scheduled to take place Labor Day in the parking lot behind the Museum of the San Ramon Valley at 205 Railroad Avenue. Due to triple-digit heat, the fair has been rescheduled to Sunday, Oct. 16 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the same location.
In addition to vendor booths, visitors can enjoy cyanotype crafting, rock painting, kid’s crafting, and more. The event is sponsored by the Museum of the San Ramon Valley, the Town of Danville, and Danville's jewelry and antique store Cottage Jewel.
