Reports: Major-injury Accident Blocking Southbound Lanes of I-680
The two right lanes of I-680 are expected to reopen by 1 p.m.
According to news reports, a major-injury crash involving an overturned SUV is blocking southbound lanes of Interstate 680 at Diablo Road, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash was reported at 11:05 a.m. Friday near the Diablo Road exit, according to the news report. Details about injuries to the driver were not immediately available the report said.
The two right lanes are closed for emergency vehicle access and are expected to reopen by 1 p.m.
