Santa, The Grinch To Parade Around Danville Saturday

DANVILLE, CA — The San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District has a new firefighter. He’s from the North Pole, so he doesn’t have too much experience with fire, but he’s a quick study.

Santa Claus will be traveling in a fire truck throughout Danville on Saturday after making his debut in San Ramon last Saturday. Santa will board the ladder at Camino Ramon and Fostoria Way in Danville at around 4:30 p.m. Saturday and finish in front of Danville Veterans Hall at around 6 p.m.

Santa won’t be the only visitor: the Grinch is joining the parade on a 1930’s Autocar Fire Engine that belonged to the historic Danville Fire Department.
Santa, the Grinch, Sparky the Fire Dog and the fire department will pose for pictures at Veterans Hall until 8 p.m.
