SRVUSD Welcoming 4 New Principals, 8 New Assistant Principals

DANVILLE, CA — The San Ramon Valley Unified School District is welcoming four new elementary school principals, eight new assistant principals, and several executive positions.

Here are the new principals for the 2026-27 academic year:

Montair Elementary School - Beth Louderback. Louderback joins SRVUSD from Pleasanton Unified School District, where she served as a middle school and elementary school assistant principal. She brings five years of administrative experience and more than 27 years in education, which includes teaching middle and elementary school. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, a master’s in educational leadership from Notre Dame de Namur University, and an Administrative Services Credential from California State University East Bay.

Neil Armstrong Elementary School - Karen Johnson. Johnson has served as assistant principal at Neil Armstrong for the past two years, where she helped develop and implement a number of school culture and climate initiatives. Before that, she was the Teacher on Special Assignment at Quail Run Elementary School, and spent 17 years as a classroom teacher. She holds a bachelor’s in liberal studies from San Diego State University, and a master’s in applied school leadership from National University.

Quail Run Elementary School - Andi Calloway. Calloway served as assistant principal at Diablo Vista Middle School. She has also served leadership roles at Pleasanton Unified School District, and seven years as a counselor at Gale Ranch Middle School. She holds a bachelor’s from the University of California Santa Barbara and the University of San Francisco, and an Administrative Services Credential from the Contra Costa County Office of Education.

Stone Valley Middle School - Jami Greer. Greer served four years as assistant principal at Miramonte High School in the Acalanes Union High School District. She has also served as an English teacher, accreditation coordinator, Teacher on Special Assignment, and an AVID teacher. She holds a bachelor’s from Arizona State University, a master’s from National University, and an Administrative Services Credential from the Contra Costa County Office of Education.
