Sweetest 'Thank You' From St. Isidore Students To Danville Cops
The students told officers they value their time and effort to keep them safe.

DANVILLE, CA — The Danville Police Department got a sugary-sweet thank you this week from students at St. Isidore School.
In a social media post Wednesday, the department showed a note and candy that were left by the kids for officers. The note read, "We value your time and effort to keep us safe. We value your selflessness and appreciate when you come to our school. Thank you for being a hero for all of us."
Lifesavers, lollipops, Hershey's Kisses, Starbursts, along with hard candy and caramels, were left for the officers, with reasons why the particular sweets were chosen, such as, "Thank you for being such a LIFESAVER."
